SVERSE COMMUNITY PROGRAM

READY
PLAYER S

ReadyPlayerS is Sverse's community-led esports program for growing the people side of the network: players, campus clubs, creators, builders and partner studios. It turns offline energy into long-term ecosystem participation across Southeast Asia.

4 public cohorts Vietnam + Philippines Campus and community format

PLAYERS & TEAMS

Competitive players, esports clubs and local communities get a live arena for meetups, challenges, recognition and access to partner rewards.

CREATORS & BUILDERS

ReadyPlayerS bridges game builders, AI-native creators and digital storytellers into the same room so Sverse is learned through participation, not theory.

PARTNERS & STUDIOS

The cohort model creates a repeatable local pipeline for recruitment, activation, product showcases and long-term retention inside the Sverse ecosystem.

The program

Community growth with a real operating model.
Not just event marketing.

Public event pages describe ReadyPlayerS as a strategic esports cohort series designed to bridge gaming talent across Southeast Asia, starting with Vietnam and the Philippines.

The operating idea is direct: gather players, creators, student clubs and studios in one format; give them live challenges, partner access, career paths and ecosystem rewards; then keep the strongest participants inside the network after the event ends.

Cohort timeline

Four public stops, one growing format.
Each cohort compounds the next.

The links currently available show ReadyPlayerS moving from a Vietnam kickoff into a campus stop in Ho Chi Minh City, then into multiple Manila activations. Dates below are taken from the public event pages currently accessible on July 30, 2026.

  1. C1 Vietnam kickoff · recap available

    Initial launch

The first public recap established the tone: community energy, on-stage momentum and a clear intent to make ReadyPlayerS a recurring format rather than a one-time event.

  2. C2 May 18, 2026 · UEF Campus, Ho Chi Minh City

    Campus-scale first stop

SVerse positioned the UEF cohort as a full university-backed activation with broad student participation, partner support and a strong career angle.

  3. C3 May 29, 2026 · Benilde HIFI TBI, Manila

    Philippines leg begins

This stop explicitly framed ReadyPlayerS as a launchpad into the One Human Studio era, with AI gaming booths, panels, career talks and partner rewards.

  4. C4 June 18, 2026 · Manila / Pasay City

    Station 4

The next public stop expanded the Manila chapter again, reinforcing that the cohort series can continue as a repeatable recruitment and community-growth engine.

Who should care

ReadyPlayerS is useful to more than players.

  • Campus esports clubs that want recurring reasons to gather and compete.
  • Studios that need audience development, early adopters and regional talent.
  • Creators who want visibility, story angles and entry points into the ecosystem.
  • Partner brands that want direct contact with gaming-native youth communities.

What participants get

Immediate value, not vague networking.

  • Coaching, mentorship and pro-esports adjacency.
  • Paid internship pathways and cross-border career visibility.
  • Certificates, T-shirts, reward drops and partner merchandise.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI gaming, Web3 infrastructure and Sverse products.

Methodology

A funnel with explicit retention goals.
That is what makes it operational.

  • Selection: public event materials describe a target range of 100 to 200 elite talents per cohort.
  • Engagement: the published methodology targets roughly 20% of participants progressing to deeper rounds and community challenges.
  • Retention: the stated goal is for around 10% to move into longer-term team, studio or ecosystem retention paths.
  • Regional bridge: the vision is a shared SEA talent pool connecting Vietnamese studios with Philippine users and future markets.

ReadyPlayerS is how Sverse earns community, not rents it.
The program already has operating proof.

Use the public deck for positioning, the cohort pages for proof, and the next stop as the operating surface for deeper partnerships.
